3.2 Cancellations by Customers:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a workshop or bootcamp will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3 Cancellations by Frame Reel Best: In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3.4 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
